Reconstitution Calculator.

Enter your peptide mass, the volume of bacteriostatic water you're reconstituting with, and the dose you want to deliver. The calculator returns the volume to draw and the corresponding mark on a U-100 or U-40 insulin syringe.

See methodology for the underlying formulas.

§ Formulas

The math, plainly

  1. 01
    Concentration
    concentration (mg/mL) = vial total mass (mg) / bacteriostatic water volume (mL)
  2. 02
    Volume to draw
    volume (mL) = dose (mg) / concentration (mg/mL)
  3. 03
    Syringe units
    units = volume (mL) × syringe units-per-mL (100 for U-100, 40 for U-40)
  4. 04
    IU to mass
    mass (mg) = IU × (mg per IU). The mg-per-IU factor is peptide-specific — HCG ≈ 0.0001 mg/IU, HGH ≈ 0.33 mg/IU.

Disclaimer. Pepticker is an editorial price comparator, not a clinical adviser. The calculator does no rounding for you, applies no peptide-specific bioavailability adjustments, and does not validate that any given dose is safe or effective. Verify independently before any use, and recall that peptides sold by the vendors we track are sold for research only.
